By accessing or purchasing from SMMFAST, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
No COD · Razorpay Payments Only
2) Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone) to receive access links and receipts.
- Course access is for the purchaser only; sharing, reselling, or redistributing materials is prohibited.
- We may suspend access for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.
3) Orders & Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card details on our servers.
- Your order is confirmed when payment is successful; pending/failed payments do not grant course access.
- Pricing and availability may change without prior notice.
4) Refunds & Cancellations
We follow a transparent refund policy as outlined on our Refund Policy page. Please review eligibility before requesting a refund.
5) Intellectual Property
- All content (videos, texts, downloads) is protected by copyright.
- Personal, non-commercial use only, unless expressly authorized in writing.
6) Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Use of information is at your own responsibility.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMFAST will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from course use or purchase.
8) Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
